Cash run

Post  khenny on Sat Nov 07, 2009 11:45 am

Going to have a bash at a little self styled challenge today.

Taking 10euros to a cash table and seeing how far I can go before I bust out.

As soon as I have enough for a full buy in to next level I must join it. If I get a beating I can drop back to previous level as long as I don't top up the original buy in.

So far I have taken 10euros up to 20 then on to the 50 level but got done trips over trips and am now back at 20 level. Been at this nonsense for about 1hr.

So far have peaked at 54euros but as I said trips over trips swatted me back down to the pit. Currently sitting about 3euros in profit!

cheers lol

Mind numbingly boring and a stupid idea! Laughing

WTF was I thinking? I don't like playing cash at any time so don't know why I thought this was clever!

Anyhow, the long and short of it was that from 10 I peaked at 54 and took about 3 hours to lose the original 10.

That was a good idea eh? ques

hmmm

if youre going to do a cash spin-it-up, then you gotta do it the fun way!

Choose your starting stack, then start on the highest blind table that you have enuf to cover minimum sit Smile As soon as you can afford the minimum sit at a higher table, move up Smile This is also far more fun playing omaha Wink

Years and years ago took a $10 .50/1 sit up to a $120 3/6 sit, which turned into 1200 Smile

Would probably prefer to do this with hilo, but as you know on Lads there isn't a lot of tables full at any time. Txs for the advice tho m8. Will do it nxt time I have a fancy for it.

totally agree with rick here.

about 2 years ago i sat down with 40 bucks at a 1/2 on laddies. 13hrs later i stood up with 1.3k.

long day but worth it.

also took a awful beat from a laddies regular on the way.

i had jj, 'mofflowis' had 99

flop j9t

all the money goes in,

the turn is the case 9 and i lose a 550 dollar pot

While I agree with the main thrust of your post here over, I think I am going to stick to Ricks advice. Thanks anyway I know you musta racked your brains to come up with this.
